Thank you for shopping at Smart Claw. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING ESTIMATES & DELIVERY TERMS

We ship our products directly from our specialized fulfillment centers to provide you with the best prices.

 

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days after the order has been processed.

 

Total Delivery Time: Processing Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time (7-14 days).

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or global logistics challenges.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

You can track your package directly on our website or via global tracking platforms like 17Track.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Smart Claw is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

For our US customers: Most orders under $800 qualify for "de minimis" entry and typically do not incur additional import duties.

5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at contact@smartclaw.store if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

6. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Smart Claw is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the tracking information confirms "Delivered."

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
